1. Program Participation & Liability Waiver

I consent to my child's participation in the AI Entrepreneurs Program. I understand that while all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure safety, the program instructor and the facility are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages, except in cases of proven negligence.

2. Medical Information

I will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns before the program starts. In case of emergency, guardians will be contacted immediately by the instructor.

3. Use of Technology & AI

I understand this program involves using AI and software tools to research, build, and deploy projects. The instructor will guide responsible use, but parental supervision is required outside class. I consent to my child using these tools.

4. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy

Unless otherwise authorized in writing, students will only be released to a parent/guardian or a designated adult. If I allow my child to arrive and/or leave independently, I understand the instructor and facility are not responsible once my child leaves the premises.

5. Code of Conduct

I have explained to my child that they are expected to respect peers, instructors, the facility and equipment; attend punctually; and use devices responsibly. I understand that disruptive behavior may result in dismissal.

6. Attendance Policy

I understand that regular attendance is encouraged for a complete learning experience and that unexcused absences may affect the issuance of a completion certificate.

7. Media Release

I consent to photos/videos of my child being taken during various class activities and shared with parents via Instagram to highlight their progress and achievements. I will inform the instructor in advance if I would like to opt out of this.

8. Personal Belongings

I acknowledge that participants are responsible for their own items, and the facility/instructor are not liable for lost or stolen belongings except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Data Protection

I understand personal data will be used only for program administration and stored securely in compliance with GDPR.
